Culture-sensitive pregnancy case
Vulnerable pregnant women with a migration background are at increased risk of perinatal morbidity and mortality. They have an increased chance of adverse pregnancy outcomes and health risks, and they rarely find their way in healthcare themselves. Less adequate pre- and postnatal care, ignorance, language barriers and a low socio-economic status play tricks on them.
The purpose of the suitcase is to improve quality of life and health literacy during pregnancy and to empower vulnerable target groups.
