The earth: Corner Work
A fully developed corner of the earth work for the third grade.
There are five corners in the classroom. The students work every twenty minutes in a corner of your choice. There should be no more than five students in a corner.
Angle 1: Google Earth
- The students go through a worksheet to find specific locations on Google Earth. They solve the questions of the worksheet.
Angle 2: Earth trivial
The students play a quiz and answer multiple choice questions on this planet earth.
Angle 3: The continents
The students get a playfully familiar with the shape of the continents. They try in their atlas to be the fastest countries to find. Of that country, they only form in the form of an outline map.
Corner 4: The earth heats up
The students read a text block on global warming and solve hereinafter individually as a crossword puzzle.
Corner 5: The Earth from the inside
In small group to conduct a presentation views. The students then individually solve a question sheet on the subject matters and review and then discuss the answers together.
