Compass and protractor: Introductory lesson
Initiation for learning to accurately measure and draw a line segment with a protractor. The initiation of drawing circles with a compass is also discussed.
The students work with the compass on the input sheet, first let them draw some circles on a scrap sheet. Their completion sheet is then to prove that they can draw a nice circle with the correct dimensions.
