Prepare your employees for change processes in a constructive and playful way. Ready, set, change.

There comes a time in every school when major changes have to be made. Just think of digitisation, schools and teams being merged or a new way of working. These are all changes that have an impact on employees, and that can sometimes lead to stress or resistance. In this training you will discover how you can manage organizational change & transformation in order to emerge stronger as a school. Because change is not something you do alone.

• Provide participants with insight into possible resistance to change.
• Make participants reflect on the importance of the way they deal with change.
• Paving the way for an efficient and pleasant change process.

Playful approach

The participants play an innocent looking card tournament. What they don't know is that slightly different rules apply at each table. Only one rule applies to each table: no verbal or written communication is allowed.

In this experiential way, the participants become acquainted with five different ways of dealing with change and differences within an organization.

Are adapting and compromising positive attitudes, while dominance and conflict avoidance are negative behaviors? It soon turns out that these prejudices can go in the trash. For example, dominance offers security, while thinking out-of-the-box for once can provide a surprisingly interesting outcome.

It is therefore the situation that calls for adapted behaviour. The different reaction options that were discussed in the card game are further examined. Because the more extensive the response options, the greater the chance that an employee is well equipped to properly deploy a change process.
