Introduction to Children's Rights in Youth Work: Online training

This online training is part of the interactive toolkit All Children All Right(s)! on children's rights, which was developed by Mobile School in collaboration with Uit de Marge, European Playwork Association and ARSIS. The toolkit consists of four components: educational posters, games & activities, audio stories and short online training programs for all professionals working with children and young people.

In total, six online training programs have been developed, which are available free of charge on our learning platform StreetSmart Learn in 4 languages (Dutch, English, French and Spanish):

  • introduction to children's rights in youth work;
  • the right to commission;
  • the right to protection;
  • the right to participation;
  • working on children's rights during and after a pandemic;
  • a children's rights approach in early childhood.

The 'Introduction to Children's Rights in Youth Work' program provides a comprehensive overview of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC) and offers strategies for integrating children's rights into your organization and activities. Learn how to partner with duty bearers to advance children's rights and have a positive impact on the lives of children and young people.

Sander explains what you can expect from the online program .
