Society and change the world of pupils rapidly and schools must constantly be a good way to connect with here. This has the professional development of teachers in some respects made more complicated: subject matter are changing rapidly, knowledge about teaching is expanding, teachers have a lot of 'social work' tasks, there is a growing multiculturalism among pupils, pupils with special educational needs are integrated into regular classes , and so on. In his study 'Teacher. More eye for personal professionalism 'the Education describes the challenging and sometimes complex professional practice of teachers (Education Council, 2013). The council is in talks started looking with more than 140 teachers and other experts to what it now requires just individual teachers to do their daily work in a proper, professional manner: their personal professionalism. The aim is for this exploration to broaden the discourse on enhancing the professionalism of teachers, deepen and boost. This article first looks at how the Education looked at professionalism (Part 1). In the second part zooms in on how the professional practice of teachers are like today. In the third part, finally, describes some key aspects of personal professionalism that teachers need to act well in this profession. The development of these aspects should be an obvious part (will) make up teacher training and continuing education programs.
