Dit zijn leeractiviteiten waarbij leerlingen informatiebehoeften formuleren: het zoeken en vinden, organiseren, verwerken, analyseren en interpreteren van informatie uit digitale bronnen. Het vergelijken en kritisch evalueren van de geloofwaardigheid en betrouwbaarheid van informatie uit digitale bronnen.
Het gaat om activiteiten, taken en evaluaties waarbij leerlingen:
- persoonlijke zoekstrategieën maken en bijwerken;
- zoekstrategieën aanpassen op basis van de kwaliteit van de gevonden informatie;
- informatie, gegevens en inhoud uit digitale omgevingen organiseren en bijhouden;
- informatie organiseren en verwerken in een gestructureerde omgeving.
