For whom?

  • only for West Flemish schools;
  • all recognized education and training institutions (*);
  • recognized youth work organizations (*);
  • recognized playground activities (*);
  • poverty associations (*);

(*) in West Flanders

When?

The regulations come into force for visits from 1 January 2020.

Amount
Up to 50% refund of:

  • transportation costs,
  • guide fees,
  • entry or participation fees.

Up to 70% refund of:

  • public transport,
  • rental of bicycles.

Accommodation costs: €3 pp for one night in a recognized West Flemish youth accommodation centre.
