Onderwijsonderzoek als ondersteuning
Onderzoek versterkt je klaspraktijk. De resultaten over de onderwijspraktijk vormen voor jou als onderwijsprofessional een bron voor professionalisering, innovatie en nieuwe inzichten. Zo kom je meer toe aan evidence informed werken. Ook voor de interne kwaliteitszorg van je school kan (praktijkgericht) onderzoek je helpen om de onderwijskwaliteit op peil te houden en waar nodig te innoveren.
Leraar Tim wil meer wetenschappelijk onderzoek vertaald zien naar de klasvloer. 'Leraren moeten onderzoekende professionals zijn, géén professionele onderzoekers', stelt docent Jan Vanhoof (UA) vast. Voor Klasse gingen de twee heren in gesprek.
