Zorgoverleg
Tijdens een zorgoverleg bespreek je de leerling met specifieke onderwijsbehoeften.
Gemaakte afspraken en concrete maatregelen om deze leerling te begeleiden worden vastgelegd in een begeleidingsplan, ondersteuningsplan, zorgplan, handelingsplan of IAC-plan.
Kijk tijdens het zorgoverleg verder dan de problemen of een diagnose en richt je naar de aanpak.
Betrek ook de ouders en de leerling zelf.
Een zorgoverleg is ook bekend onder de namen klassenraad, MDO (multidisciplinair overleg), leerlingoverleg of leerlingbespreking.
